Diving and museum experience, all in one! Although it sounds more like an underwater expedition, this is actually a cultural museum. Considering that we know very little about the ocean life, this institute has a very big job to do! Besides the great museum, that contains amazing shell collections, a 500 pound replica of a squid and a treasure room, this Bermuda cultural museum gives you the opportunity to experience diving, as well! |

A museum with unique features A very special cultural museum, unlike any other you have seen before, is the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art! Not only do they have special tours, free of charge, available for students, but they have something that not many other museums have - it is called the “Renting a painting program”. This idea was first implemented when the museum found itself without a permanent home and the best thing the manager could do was to find a place for each painting, in a controlled climate. Because of this idea they also managed to make a little extra income. |
